Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area had a lovely tropical vibe. Unfortunately, the room felt a bit dated with a musty smell and some cleanliness issues. Still, the overall experience was decent enough for a short trip.

Make sure you stay in the corporate king room for a hockey tournament. It is pet-friendly with a convenient decor. The setting is perfect and incredible, so close to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge, another restaurant and downtown and restaurants.

Immensely pleasant staff members in service and pleasantness, recently renovated and reasonably large rooms. Free parking on site provided.

The cleanliness of my room was perfect. The pool area was nice, offering a welcome break from a long journey. I enjoyed the modern decor throughout the hotel.

Check-in process was frustrating and left a bad impression.

We were given a double room on arrival, it was impressive. Location: the hotel was close to Lethbridge, the center of all the inside rooms and other activities.

We liked the pool area and lounge in the atrium area.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the pool area made it hard for the kids to sleep. They could improve soundproofing for a more restful stay.

Great location and room was well appointed

Tiny bathroom and pool area was closed on the Sunday am due to a glass breakage incident the night before

Pool and hot tub were great for families although we didn't use those facilities. I did appreciate that the hotel had dog friendly rooms available so that we could bring our pooch with us. The hotel had easy access to the trails that run along the river and there were quite a few restaurant options close to the hotel if you didn't wat to eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and polite although I wish that they were more informed about the events that were going on at the hotel.

The pool area was nice and inviting.

The noise levels were unbearable. I was kept awake by kids yelling and parties lingering late into the night. The accessible parking spaces were blocked, causing a significant inconvenience and frustration.

The service other than when I said there was no hot water the first day at 6:00 in the morning and it was still only warm the second day.

The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area. It was great to be close to walking paths and eateries. The pool area added a fun touch to our stay, but our experience was slightly affected by some noisy sports teams during the nights. It was a relaxing getaway for my family.
