Lovely location close to a restaurant that doesn't allow kids. Easy access to a local gallery. - Absolutely fantastic continental breakfast including hot food, blueberries, and grapes, all at a great price.

Immensely pleasant staff members in service and pleasantness, recently renovated and reasonably large rooms. Free parking on site provided.

Make sure you stay in the corporate king room for a hockey tournament. It is pet-friendly with a convenient decor. The setting is perfect and incredible, so close to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge, another restaurant and downtown and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was great and beautiful - relatively close to Brewery Gardens. the restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered QUALITY dishes. - the bathroom was particularly good, with a bath. this hotel had a fantastic location, a wonderful breakfast selection, and excellent bathroom facilities. the proximity to Brewery Gardens was a highlight, the quality dishes at the restaurant were a delight, and the bathroom, complete with a bath, was particularly impressive.

Hotel was upgraded, appreciated our stay.

We were given a double room on arrival, it was impressive. Location: the hotel was close to Lethbridge, the center of all the inside rooms and other activities.

We liked the pool area and lounge in the atrium area.

The buffet was not filled frequently and many dishes were empty.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is a great place. The location is perfect, close to highway access and there are many choices of restaurants nearby. The staff are pleasant and always happy to help with any requests. The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and garden area are great spots to unwind after a busy day. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park are also very convenient.

Tiny bathroom and pool area was closed on the Sunday am due to a glass breakage incident the night before

Pool and hot tub were great for families although we didn't use those facilities. I did appreciate that the hotel had dog friendly rooms available so that we could bring our pooch with us. The hotel had easy access to the trails that run along the river and there were quite a few restaurant options close to the hotel if you didn't wat to eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and polite although I wish that they were more informed about the events that were going on at the hotel.

The queen room with a great view of the pool comes equipped with a microwave, kettle, and fridge, the location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The service other than when I said there was no hot water the first day at 6:00 in the morning and it was still only warm the second day.

The room was comfortable and spacious. the staff was kind and helpful. the hotel is centrally located near various attractions, restaurants, and safe walking paths.

Very old now and needs to be updated, bathroom leaked.

I really enjoyed the room with a view, the bed was newly renovated. The location was great and stunning, not too far away from a primary museum. It was located in a great area just next door to the store.
